A Case of Squamous-cell Carcinoma in Situ Associated with Condyloma Acuminatum of the Anus -Report of a case-

Abstract
Perianal condyloma acumintum is usually a benign diseases, but may become locally aggresive; carcinomatous change may occur, and if malignant transformation occurs the treatment should be include abdominoperineal resection.
A 43-year-old male complained of defecation difficulty, pencil-like stool, and anal bleeding for 3 days ago. The growing perianal wart was developed 5 years ago. The tumor was 10¡¿8¡¿8cm in sized massive verrucous circumferential lesion of the
anus. The
patient underwent abdominoperineal resection. Histopathologically the tumor was confirmed grad 1 of the squamous-cell carcinoma associated with condyloma acuminatum. We had initiated chemotherapy with 5-FU per oral.
We reported a case of carcinoma in situ associated with condyloma acuminatum of the anus and reviewed literatures.
